More than one site, still one login.
See every agreement, how full each site is and what is overdue in one place, and pay one bill that follows your units, not your sites.
Sites and staff logins are unlimited, and neither adds to your bill.
Illustration: the Units screen on its Map view for Your site: a drawn floor plan of 14 units in two rows either side of a corridor, 8 of them occupied, which is 57%. Each unit is coloured by its status, available, reserved, scheduled, occupied, overlocked or in maintenance, and 2 units in arrears wear a red corner.
How several sites run from one place.
One list for every agreement.
- Every agreement at every site in one list, with its customer, unit, status and licence fee.
- Narrow it to what is overdue, due to move in or ending soon, or search by customer, site or unit.
- Give each person all of your sites, or just the ones they work at.
Illustration: the Agreements register, one row for every agreement across all sites, with each customer, site, unit, status and licence fee. Jo Carter at Bristol Docks, unit 12, active, £96.00; Hannah Price at Cardiff Bay, unit 7, overdue, £168.00; Tom Hughes at Leeds North, unit 21, awaiting signature, £126.00; Amy Fletcher at Bristol Docks, unit 3, pending move-in, £72.00.
One view of how every site is doing.
- How full each site is, what has come in and what is overdue.
- Open a report for the detail behind any figure.
- Narrow any of them to one site and a date range.
Illustration: a reports screen, marked Live, that shows how full each site is. Bristol Docks is 86% full, Cardiff Bay is 74% full, Leeds North is 84% full. Beneath, £118,200 paid this month and £2,246 overdue.
Each site sells its own way.
- Let customers book online.
- Hold prices back until a customer leaves their details, then send them the price yourself.
- Or let them ask you for a quote.
- Choose for each site, and for each size.
- Aim an offer at the sizes or sites you want filled.
- A protection plan can be offered at every site or just one.
Illustration: three sizes on the operator’s website, each sold a different way. A 50 sq ft drive-up at £126.00 has a Book now button. A 75 sq ft drive-up shows no price, only dots, and has a See price button. A 100 sq ft warehouse bay shows no price and has a Request a quote button.
One bill that follows your units.
- StoreBay is £63 +VAT a month including your first 50 units, then 48p +VAT a month for each unit after that.
- Eight sites with 900 units come to £471 +VAT a month, and so does one site with 900 units.
Questions about running several sites.
Yes. When you add or edit a person, choose All sites or Some sites, and tick the ones they work at. On a customer’s record they see just the agreements, invoices and payments at those sites.
Yes. Reports start with all your sites together, and you can narrow any of them to one site and a date range.
It follows your units and nothing else: 48p +VAT a month for each unit over your first 50. Another site, another member of staff, another report: none of them cost anything, and there is no bigger plan to move up to. New units show on the next month’s bill. Sell or close a site, remove its units, and they come off your next month’s bill. An empty unit still counts while it is set up, because it is still on your floor plan, in your reports and bookable online.
