A starting price, or the whole formula
Both platforms publish something, which already puts them ahead of most of this market. The difference is how far the publishing goes.

A starting price tells you the floor. A formula tells you the answer at your own size — and, more usefully, what happens when you grow. Because Storeganise prices on locations as well as units, a second site changes the bill; on StoreBay it does not, because sites and seats are unlimited and only the total unit count moves the number. Whether that matters depends entirely on whether you expect to open another location.
StoreBay’s published price is £63/month +VAT including the first 50 units, then £0.48 per unit per month above that. You can work out your exact bill before speaking to anyone.

Valet and on-demand storage
Storeganise runs valet storage as a first-class product, not an afterthought, and its own case studies feature valet operators scaling city by city. StoreBay does not offer valet at all. If collection-and-delivery is part of your model, this is not a close call.
Operating outside the UK
Storeganise sells internationally and prices in USD, AUD, GBP and EUR. StoreBay is deliberately UK-first — UK data residency, Bacs Direct Debit, storage licence agreements, UK VAT. If your sites are outside the UK, StoreBay is the wrong tool and Storeganise is built for that reach.
