Know who to ring back today.

Every website enquiry lands on one board, with the calls due today and the quotes you have sent.

New enquiry holds 2: Sam Okafor (quote request · 35 sq ft; call today · morning) and Tom Hughes (quote request · 50 sq ft; website · today, 09:40). Quote sent holds 2: Hannah Price (quote request · 100 sq ft; call today · afternoon) and Kim Barlow (quote request · 75 sq ft; quote q-1042 · until 18th oct ’26).

How enquiries are followed up.

Every enquiry on one board.

  • Quote requests, price enquiries and messages from your website each arrive as an enquiry on the board.
  • Add the ones that come by phone, by email or at the counter.
  • Each card says what comes next: a call due, a quote still open, or a unit held for them.
  • Send a quote by email from the enquiry, and it can move to Quote sent by itself.

Your morning list, in your inbox.

  • Calls due today are listed for you on Home, and under Calls due on the board.
  • Each person can be emailed their own calls every morning they have any.
  • Log each call and what came of it, then set the next one.
  • Quotes, calls and replies are kept on each enquiry, in the order they happened.
