Every site, run from one place.

Live floor plans, one register of every agreement, and the desk and the Shop at each site, all on the one plan.

Illustration: the Units screen on its Map view for Your site: a drawn floor plan of 14 units in two rows either side of a corridor, 8 of them occupied, which is 57%. Each unit is coloured by its status, available, reserved, scheduled, occupied, overlocked or in maintenance, and 2 units in arrears wear a red corner.

How running your sites works.

One register of every agreement.

  • Every agreement at every site in one list, with its customer, unit, status and licence fee.
  • Narrow it to what is overdue, due to move in or ending soon, or search by customer, site or unit.
  • Move a customer to another unit, or record a move-out, from their agreement.
  • Sold-out sizes get a waitlist: customers can join it from your website, and you can add people yourself.

Jo Carter at Bristol Docks, unit 12, active, £96.00; Hannah Price at Cardiff Bay, unit 7, overdue, £168.00; Tom Hughes at Leeds North, unit 21, awaiting signature, £126.00; Amy Fletcher at Bristol Docks, unit 3, pending move-in, £72.00.

Every customer on one page.

  • Their agreements, payments, emails and your own notes, all on the one page.
  • Anything that needs your attention is listed at the top.
  • Take a payment or start a new agreement from the same page.

It shows they are storing, with a balance of £0.00 and 1 unit, and below that their agreement (35 sq ft · Bristol Docks, Unit 12, £96.00 per month, active), their 2 Direct Debit payments of £96.00, the conversation with 2 emails sent to them, and your note about them.

Close each day with the till counted.

  • Each site’s takings by payment method.
  • Cash counted at the end of the day, with the float kept back.
  • A Shop for padlocks, boxes and other goods, with stock kept by site.

Taken, by method: Cash, 2 payments, £168.00; Card on your terminal, 3, £390.00; Cheque, 1, £126.00; Card, 4, £462.00; Direct Debit, 6, £756.00; in total 16 payments, £1,902.00. Below it, the cash count closed at 17:42: £268.00 expected and counted, £100.00 kept as float and £168.00 to bank.

As many sites and logins as you need.

  • Sites and staff logins are unlimited, and neither adds to your bill.
  • Every login has a role. Owner, Manager and Staff come ready made, and you can build your own, choosing permissions one at a time.
  • Give each person all of your sites, or just the ones they work at.

Questions about running your sites.

You draw each site’s layout once: walls, doors and a block for every unit. Each block is coloured by its unit’s status, the plan updates as that status changes, and a red corner marks a unit in arrears. Open a unit to see who has it. A site you haven’t drawn still lists every unit in the Grid and List views.
