StoreBay is built by a small team — currently a solo founder working with Claude Code as an engineering partner. As we grow, we'll hire deliberately rather than quickly, and we'll be upfront here about what's true today versus what's still ahead.

We bill people's money and control access to their belongings. The bar follows from that.
We haven’t published a benefits package, because we haven’t hired anyone yet — and we’d rather set it honestly with the first person who joins than list things we’ve never actually offered. Ask, and we’ll tell you exactly where we are.
